How-To: View load amounts

Before heading out on a delivery, you will want to know what quantity of EPI is needed for each health center. The View Load Amounts feature in SELV provides you with this information so that you can have the right supplies for each trip. Viewing load amounts can only be done while in online mode. Step-by-step guide

Viewing Load Amounts

  1. Make sure you are in online mode. For how to switch to online mode, see How-To: Go into online mode.
  2. Go to Distribute > Manage.
  3. Select the Zone, Program, and Time Period that you would like the information for. 
  4. Click View Load Amounts (Ver valores de carga).
     
  5. A new page will open where you will see the total supply amounts needed for the district selected, followed by the individual amounts needed for each facility.
