How-To: Clear the Cache (Firefox)

Step-by-step guide (2 options)

Option A:

1. Open Firefox web browser.
2. On the top toolbar, go to History > Clear Recent History.
3. In "Time Range to Clear" select Everything.
4. For the checkboxes make sure only the following are selected: Browsing and Download History, Cache, Offline Website Data.
   
   
5. Click Clear Now.
6. Your cache should now be cleared. 
   
   

Option B:

1. Open Firefox web browser.
2. Click on the 3-bar settings icon in the top right corner of the window.
   
3. Select Options.
   
4. Go to the Advanced tab (with the gear icon) and under "Cached Web Content" click Clear Now.
   
5. Click OK. Your cache should now be cleared.
