SELV Upgrade: 1. What to do BEFORE the upgrade

  1. Finish entering data for all incomplete facilities in each initiated distribution. (The facilities that have a Yellow status color dot in the facility dropdown menu on the Record Data page.)
  2. Sync all completed facilities in your initiated distributions. Instructions for this can be found here: 4. How-To: Synch a distribution.
  3. After you have synched all distributions in your "Initiated Distributions" list, delete them. Instructions here: 5. How-To: Delete a distribution
  4. Your computer is now ready for the SELV upgrade. (The upgrade will be done by the SELV administrator.)

    IMPORTANT NOTE: If you do not follow and complete these steps before the system upgrade, you will lose any unsynchronized data that you have entered for initiated distributions. You will have to re-initiate and re-enter that data after the upgrade.
