• It'll likely be necissary to "stamp" SELV and DHIS-2 data with a date near the beginning of the month to which in belongs. For example, even though March's reporting period begins mid-February and ends mid-march, we'd like the UI to simply identify it as "March" data (which is how the current dashboard works). To this this, we'll associate a date of "March 02, 2018" with the data. (Note that we don't use March 01 in this example because we want to ensure that a user-selection of February 01 - 
• We should upgrade to the latest version of Superset in order to get better support for Portuguese translations.
