Training was delivered to FCs, FOs, Balbina (MoH logistician), Bazilia (M&E Department), and Jamie (under Balbina in logistician department)
Training was not long enough - will be extended to 3 days in Cabo Delgado and Niassa

2. Niassa / Cabo Delgado Training – Tatenda

Possibly week of June 30th
May include MoH staff member Albino
Josh available to support training (Vidya and Sarah on vacation)
Central training, or in each province? Need to allocate funds to visit both provincial offices and confirm SELV is working on the computer.

Tablet Field Trial

Tablets be delivered to Gaza staff week of 23rdTablet data collection will probably start for June distribution, but may be July depending on when distribution startsRachel to provide translated training materials and surveys

Project Transition to Rollout Phase - Sarah

Rollout phase will run through the end of July. By then system should be ready for official hand-off. Before then we need to complete:
- Training
- Final data migration from vrMIS (as of now, still waiting on Niassa)
- Data entry for at least one distribution synched for all provinces
- Reports distributed
Budget Status / Tracking
- ISG will track hours on timesheet as well as approximate split between Final20 Phase 1 work and other Final20 planning
Meeting & Triage Frequency
- Weekly meeting on Thursday
Escalation Procedures
- Tatenda to file tickets in Jira, and email any urgent problems to Sarah and Josh
Triage Guidelines
- Need to remain focused on fixing only high priority items

Reviewed candidate stories for v1.01 release. List of approved work here.
Plan to deploy new release between Maputo data entry and Niassa/Cabo Delgado Training. Target date 6/27.
