Revise the demo data for publishing the 3.0 Beta

Description

Review and revise the demo data so that an acceptance set of demo data is in place for publishing the 3.0 Beta (releasing it publicly online). Mary Jo indicated that she wants to review and update the data, such as updating the set of products to be better examples of the new product model. There is already an existing set of demo data last updated by SolDevelo (see ).

I reviewed the demo data and it looks acceptable to me.

It loads fine using the utils/demo-data.sh script, and it works with Blue.

The HC01 facility has the best demo-ready data: it is in 2 requisitions groups for Family Planning (RGFP on a monthly schedule) and Essential Meds (RGES on a quarterly schedule). The district hospital (DH01) says it supports the Family Planning and Essential Meds programs, however it is not assigned into any requisition group. Just FYI.

What is "devadmin" and the "New Program"? The "devadmin" account is just another ADMIN, nothing different than "administrator" except for the "devadmin" home facility is CMST Warehouse (facility code W01). That W01 facility is part of the requisition group called RGNP (NP stands for the program called "New Program"). That program is on a schedule called SCH005 which does not have any periods set up. I think all that is fine; it was added so SolDevelo could test different things, which is fine.
