Process for creating seed task and data for demo systems

Description

Create a (manual) process for capturing data for a demo system. Starting with the database of a system configured as desired for a demo, use the DB snaphot, delta it with seed data, and use the delta (a SQL script) to use in a new gradle task to complete the demo system.

Consider automation possibilities in a separate story.

@Josh Zamor and @Mary Jo Kochendorfer I agree with Dead-ing this ticket, and I share Josh's concern that this could be a high-cost effort that does not deliver the magic results everyone would want. Having a way to "record" or "snapshot" demo data can be tricky, and I agree we should re-start this effort with a conversation about our goals/requirements from stakeholders. I suggest we create that ticket as we Dead this one so it doesn't get forgotten for v3.

Also, I don't think this belongs in CI/CD epic. It's calling for a manual process.

@Brandon Bowersox-Johnson and @Mary Jo Kochendorfer I think a lot of previous work has gone into attempts like this one previously without success. I'd vote we move this to "DEAD" and define functional requirements from the demo-data stakeholders.
