Demographic Estimates menu item scrunched

Description

The "Demograhic Estimates" menu item under the Admin menu is scrunched - the text runs into the little right arrow - see screenshot.

Tested with both Firefox and Chrome with a very large resolution setting.

Addressed in commit <https://github.com/OpenLMIS/open-lmis/commit/ec2781f825702b77da22d711190cee0259173073>. Tested with the latest FF and Chrome.
