Remove unused fields from reference data user resource

The following fields are now stored in the notification service and legacy data has been migrated by cross-service migration script so there is no need to keep those fields in the reference data:

• email

• phoneNumber

• verified

• allowNotify

Acceptance criteria

• remove fields from database schema

• remove fields from domain and related dto classes

• UI should work fine and user should be able to change above fields

  • verified field is an exception from the above rule because it should be handled by the backend
