  • Migrate phoneNumber, email, allowNotify and isVerified fields to the UserContactDetails class in the notification service

    • cross migration for production instance

    • moving demo data for test instances

I checked that all users from the reference data have related data in the notification service.

As part of this ticket please only verify that all users from the reference data have related data in the notification service. I am not sure how you could verify the cross service migration. Only way that I see is to execute it locally but I am not sure if this a correct way.

I removed ACC about removing fields in the reference data. We could do that after 3.4 release.
