Hold an 'ideation workshop' with the tech committee to explore UI extension plans. The goal is to gather initial input and ideas that will lead into a second tech committee discussion and scenario write-up (). This is the UI/Angular app extension plan that is part of the Requisition Splitting Extension Scenario wiki page.
This ticket builds off of OLMIS-1234.
Acceptance Criteria
