Clear selection is in a weird spot

Description

On the convertToOrder screen, the clear selection link for a select box should be moved to a more logical spot
http://test.openlmis.org/#!/requisitions/convertToOrder?filterBy=all&filterValue=

In the configuration from 12/16/16, the "clear selection" link got all squished to the side.

Can I dead this ticket? I don't think its relevant anymore

Currently the layout is placed like this (and the form layout needs some work)

If we don't like how the "clear selection" link works/looks — I suggest we address that in a different ticket (I know there have been mentions of an 'x' button to the right of the select)

Yep, this is a general issue. I think it would be cool to have something like an "X" mark inside the dropdown input next to the selection and that clears the selection upon clicking it.

Isn't this a more general issue - for example in requisition the select input jumps up when I select something, since the clear selection link appears. Do we want it to look like this?
