UI is sending facility from requisition instead of supplying depot

When Supplying Depot is not chosen on convert to order page and user clicks Convert to Order button UI is sending request with facility assigned to requisition.
I think Convert button should be disabled if any of marked to convert requisitions do not have selected supplying depot.
Check if similar problem is occuring with converting to order by modal.

Acceptance Criteria:
Make sure Convert button is disabled if any of selected requisitions does not have selected Supplying Depot.
Show a modal, that tells the user he has to select a warehouse if he didn't do so.
Check if similar problem is occuring with converting to order by modal & resolve if necessary.
