Going to Equipment > Equipment Inventory will not populate any data given the following conditions:
1) Equipment Types exist
2) Equipment of Equipment Type exists
3) User belongs to a facility
4) Users' facility has a program
5) Equipment type is assigned to a program via "Associate Products to Equipments and Programs"
Compare Administration > Equipments > Equipment Lists to Equipment > Equipment Inventory

Additional color: Adding a new equipment via Equipment > Equipment Inventory will populate a result both on Equipment Inventory and via Equipment List. However, the opposite is not true.
