Bring over French translations from 2.0

Description

and will attempt to use the new features in Transifex to bring over the French translations from 2.0. We will see what the gap is and potentially have message properties files for French.

We will not use dev time and see what is possible.
Mary Jo to port over French message strings.
Tenly to review.

Ideally we'll have one transifex project for 3.0 but may not be possible.

  • full set of French translations for 3.0

, I'm moving this out of the sprint since I don't think we are getting to translations. Please let me know when you think you and Dorothy can start working on this and we will add to the sprint.

Yes, now it is ready. We can also let this ticket roll over to the next sprint since I don't think it is a top priority.
