Information about the error is faintly visible on Requisition Template

Description

On Configure R&R template for any program there is faintly visible error message for columns with a dark background


(or my glasses are too weak)

Acceptance Criteria

  • Check with Nick to determine if we should adjust color combination (should we show red error messages on a dark gray background?) or if there is a different solution.

  • If we are changing our color combination (red error message on dark gray background), please change it in the UI Style Guide.

  • Adjust this screen to use the new color combination or new solution.

- I'm just noting our conversation from slack, where we think part of the solution is adding a drag area to each table from (see http://marceljuenemann.github.io/angular-drag-and-drop-lists/demo/#/types)

This would allow pinned tables to either not have a drag area OR add a lock icon (similar to the screenshot below, but with a smaller icon)
