If the total consumed quantity is entered by the user is higher than the opening balance+quantity received, the calculated SOH is negative. The system does not display an error to alert the user to this fact until the user attempts to submit the requisition.
While the error does display if the user tries to submit, it is inconsistent with the behavior of other fields where the validation triggers the error notifications immediately.

@Mary Jo Kochendorfer I meant that it has already been repaired, now error displays immediately, not like before only when user tries to submit the requisition.

Currently system displays an error immediately when calculated SOH is negative.
