Adjustment modal Quantity field becomes invalid immediately
Description
While entering losses and adjustments, after adding a loss/adjustment line item the quantity field is reset but is automatically marked as invalid. Since the input has been reset, it should have the ng-pristine state, and not show an error message.
Desired Behavior
once the modal of losses & adjustments is save THEN the requisition draft is updated

After adding the loss/adjustments, the quantity is not marked as required. After adding/removing the reasons, the requisition draft is constantly updated.
Tested on Chrome and Firefox.

This didn't make the cut for 3.0.2 priorities (didn't make it into sprint 24), so moving to 3.1.

@Mary Jo Kochendorfer I hadn't asked them to, there are only places that have similar behavior across the entire UI — so we should probably make bugs for all of them.
You mentioned at one point that you wanted nothing to change until a modal had been "saved" — perhaps this is a good moment to write a story to correct that behavior?
