Double request for login credentials

Description

As an admin/srmanager1, if I go to the logout button I am then asked to enter my login credentials twice.

Desired Behavior

when I use the logout feature, I should only be asked for login credentials once to reenter OpenLMIS>

It's okay. User is only asked once to login when token expired.
