Total cost not updating when rejected requisition is submitted again

When I update a rejected requisition's products, the total cost doesn't update.
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Reject a requisition

  2. Login as user to update the requisition

  3. Unselect a product that has been skipped, then enter amounts into each field for that product. The price per pack doesn't display a price for the product you've unselected, and the total cost doesn't update.

  4. Submit requisition

  5. As a different user, view the submitted requisition to see if totals were updated. The totals are not updated.

Expected results:
When a user updates a requisition that has been rejected, the total cost should recalculate as new values are entered.

, you are correct that the beginning balance should not be cleared after a reject. It would be best to address this issue if possible. The Beginning Balance should stay put when the rejection happens. Users can still update the field but it should be deleted or cleared when a rejection happens.

Note: I've removed clearing beginning balance during authorize.

I agree. Thanks for catching this!

FYI to so we can examine this during a manual test of the calculations.

I checked, and the issues mentioned in the ticket no longer occur. Please only add the changelog.
