Spacing in modal when editing CCE item

Description

The spacing in the modal is inconsistent when you add details to a field that was previously empty.
Reproduce:
1. Select an inventory item to edit
2. Add details to a field that is currently empty
3. Save
4. View the field, the spacing is off.

I tested the ticket as divo1 and divo2. The issue no longer occurs.
