Insufficient error message when submitting physical inventory with a future date

Description

I noticed an issue when I was testing OLMIS-3215. The error message which appears when trying to submit a physical inventory with a future date is not very meaningful to the user. It's just "Physical inventory failed to submit"; the information that one cannot submit the physical inventory with a future date is not contained in it.

Expected Behavior: User should see error message that states "Physical inventory with a future date cannot be submitted"

Hello Solange, you're welcome. I'm responding to your message here for transparency. I checked, and you are right - the issue is no longer reproducible. In that case, I will change the ticket's status to Dead, and someone will need to assign a different one to you. Good luck and best regards!
