Orders: Conversion to an order after final requisition approval

When a requisition is approved at a level that has a supply line, it is automatically converted to order and doesn't require the user to complete the Convert to Order step.

Pre-conditions:

• Using the supervisory node that has a supply line but is not at the final node of approval (e.g. SN-CUAMBA-DIST/Cuamba district approval point);

• Knowing the credentials of a System Administrator (e.g. administrator) and of e.g. vsrmanager1 and divo1 - users authorized to submit, authorize and approve requisitions for the above-mentioned supervisory node;

• Logging into the application as vsrmanager1 and initiating a requisition for e.g. Cuamba or Lurio.
