View RTM alerts when fulfilling an order

Description

As Philomena, I want to see if there are any active alerts, raised by my Remote Temperature Monitoring (RTM) service, on the equipment of the ordering facility so I can better determine how much stock to send.

Acceptance Criteria

  • If none of the CCE inventory at the ordering facility has had any alerts, I do not see the alert icon

  • If any of the CCE inventory at the ordering facility has any active alerts, I see the active alert icon next to the functional status

  • If any of the CCE inventory at the ordering facility has had alerts, but currently only inactive ones, I see an inactive alert icon next to the functional status

  • I can hover over the facility's CCE status (including any possible alert icon) to see a summary of inventory items, including any possible alerts

    • Summary title is number of CCE inventory items

    • Each entry has possible alert icon (active or inactive), fridge reference name and status color

    • Summary is "read-only"--no editing can be done

    • Only icons are shown; the summary does not show alert details

  • Update the test case to check for this new feature

I think there were some issues in refreshing permissions on both test and UAT, but I believe they are resolved now.

I have added demo data so there are inactive alerts at the CCE inventory for Cuamba, Cuamba.
