Description
In versions 3.1.x - 3.2.x, the Stock On Hand view only showed a list of products that do have stock cards. In version 3.3-SNAPSHOT, the Stock On Hand view now shows those at the top but also shows all other approved (FTAP) products, even those without stock cards. This UX causes confusion for users, EG:
Why are these products showing under Stock on Hand but they have no stock on hand?
Why are these products here without any data in any of the grid columns?
As of 3.3-SNAPSHOT, here is the view for 'srmanager1' who has zero stock cards, so the grid shows all 26 products with empty cells:
...similarly, here is a view for 'srmanager2' in Family Planning where there are stock cards for a few products but empty gray cells for the rest:
I believe this design changed during work on https://openlmis.atlassian.net/browse/OLMIS-4055#icft=OLMIS-4055 or other parts of epic OLMIS-3951. This bug was identified during 3.3 Regression Testing Phase 1 in test OLMIS-4155.
Desired Behavior
TBD Possible options: (1) remove these products without stock cards to match 3.1/3.2 behavior; (2) add some kind of indication on the screen to explain what these empty products are.
