There is no "Facility Assignment Configuration Errors" on the View Reports screen

@Sebastian Brudziński Thank you resolving my doubts. As for the changelog, I thought so but I had to make sure. As for the issue, I checked, and it's the same as was before, so sorry for raising that. I'll close the ticket then.

@Joanna Bebak Re: CHANGELOG - I see this report was working on 3.2.1. This means this is a regression from 3.2.1. Now that we have fixed it before 3.3, the users/implementations won't notice any "change". They will migrate from 3.2.1 to 3.3 and both versions have the feature working the exact same way. Therefore, there's nothing to "log".

Re: issue #1 - I think we already had this discussion here: https://openlmis.atlassian.net/browse/OLMIS-2760#icft=OLMIS-2760 - let me know if this is different.

@Sebastian Brudziński I tested the ticket and noticed a possible issue, though I'm not sure whether it is within the scope of this ticket (the expected behavior is that the report is generated at all). If it isn't, please tell me, and I'll create a ticket for it.

1. In the CSV format, all columns but the first two on the first page of the report are more to the right than on the other two pages, and not aligned with the columns on the other two pages. Can anything be done about it?

Also, is a changelog necessary for changes such as those introduced by this ticket? I'm asking about it because the changelog is missing.
