Supplying facilities on the View Orders page are not displayed in the correct order

Reproduction Steps

  • Log in as administrator

  • Go to Orders -> View Orders

  • Check Supplying Facility select

Result
Facilities are not sorted in ascending alphabetical order

Expected behavior
Facilities are sorted in ascending alphabetical order
