Poor error message for invalid e-mail address format

Description

Repro steps

  1. Open OpenLMIS and navigate to forgot password screen (from the login screen)

  2. Type e-mail with invalid format (eg. missing @)

  3. Click Reset password

  4. Below the email input field an error "email" shows up

Expected

  1. The error says something along the lines of "The format of the e-mail address is incorrect"
