Populate Total Stockout Days column for Stock Based Requisitions

Description

Acceptance Criteria

populate Total Stockout on requisition initiation using /api/stockCardRangeSummaries response (sending request will be done in https://openlmis.atlassian.net/browse/OLMIS-4747#icft=OLMIS-4747)
remove this column from list of Stock Disabled columns in Requisition service and on the UI
this column should be read only
fill gaps in Stock Based Requisition demo data

@Klaudia Pałkowska I think that I've solved the issue, you should be able to save template after deploy.

@Mateusz Kwiatkowski I tested the ticket, and Total Stockout Days column is still on the list of Stock Disabled Columns in Requisition service and it probably causes the error when saving template.
