Update OpenLMIS Community Principles

Based on a conversation with a subset of Governance Members it was decided that the OpenLMIS community should update the OpenLMIS principles or expand the principles to include the following:

• reference or include the Digital development principles (https://digitalprinciples.org/)

The following were referenced in https://docs.google.com/document/d/1o6EoIT9i6XJ4ZQYNMiMu_yUdKOo2ZmshByOA444Kt38/edit#

• Designate a contact person to receive opportunities on the Inquiries communication platform and respond to the inquiries according to Trusted Partner agreed upon processes

• Actitvely and routinely participate in at least one OpenLMIS Committee (Product or Technical)

• Agree in writing in a statement of intent to uphold OpenLMIS Community Principles, which address the Principles for Digital Development.

• Share business development opportunities (opportunities for deployment) with other Trusted Partners and collaborate on consortium responses when appropriate

• Contribute to Community efforts (including joint proposals, Community documents and resources, Implementer Toolkit, etc.)
