Fix missing Portuguese translations in Transifex

Created OLMIS‌-5039 to brainstorm ideas of how to automate the manual translation of headers and (i)s within the Requisition Template.

@Dércio Duvane , thanks for confirming. It will take some discussion to figure out a solution to that challenge. We can look into it but given how we deployed UAT2 it will be unique. In the meantime we will need to continue manually updating the text if we want it to be translated.

@Mary Jo Kochendorfer, this is exactly what I meant. Taking into account that there's a need of translating the headers prior to demo's, can we have a snapshot on different languages to ease future and unscheduled demos?

@Dércio Duvane, To clarify, does the "3. Requisições/Ver requisição -> Table headers" refer to the following table headers?

If so, that has to be manually translated prior to each demo because it isn't "managed" by Transifex. See below for where it is translated. Anyone demoing the system will need to first manually translate this prior to the demo. I had spoken with Tenly about making a list so it is an easy copy paste however I'm not sure where that list lives. @Tenly Snow could you point out where the translations for the table headers live?

@Mary Jo Kochendorfer, these are the strings on which needed translating on UAT2. At this date, they are still not translated.
