As a random OpenLMIS website browsing individual, I want to be able to log into a OpenLMIS demo environment to check out features and explore how things work without scheduling a demo.
Current Situation
Currently there are lots of requests for a demo and we want a way to respond to them with providing a site.
Concerns
We cannot have two of the same users logged in at the same time.
If the user runs into an error, who do they reach out to?
If a user has a bad experience it will discourage them from using the system.
Questions:
Is it important to us to know who is logging in? Do we want to follow up with people and check on their experience?
We will know since they filled out the info
Is the current demo data sufficient?
Yes the current demo data is sufficient. Tenly will let us know if she wants changes to it so we can slot that work.
How do we want users to know the login credentials (Oodo requires you to fill out a form and validate via an email)?
Tenly will provide the login credentials to folks who ask for a demo
If users have questions while in the demo environment, who will respond to their questions and how do we want to receive them?
Acceptance Criteria
Answer Questions above - yes
Research what other products do and their experience (notes https://docs.google.com/document/d/17PSl7R5zc7zRMrHW8geRZFjYI6yR7uDkVaV_RMJKDr0/edit?usp=sharing)
Decide what approach will be meet the needs defined above
use v3 demo site until this becomes a problem.
Tenly will let us know if it becomes a problem
Identify any blockers
Environment is setup and working
