Demo environment to support public users playing with OpenLMIS

Description

As a random OpenLMIS website browsing individual, I want to be able to log into a OpenLMIS demo environment to check out features and explore how things work without scheduling a demo.

Current Situation
Currently there are lots of requests for a demo and we want a way to respond to them with providing a site.

Concerns

  • We cannot have two of the same users logged in at the same time.

  • If the user runs into an error, who do they reach out to?

  • If a user has a bad experience it will discourage them from using the system.

Questions:

  • Is it important to us to know who is logging in? Do we want to follow up with people and check on their experience?

    • We will know since they filled out the info

  • Is the current demo data sufficient?

    • Yes the current demo data is sufficient. Tenly will let us know if she wants changes to it so we can slot that work.

  • How do we want users to know the login credentials (Oodo requires you to fill out a form and validate via an email)?

    • Tenly will provide the login credentials to folks who ask for a demo

  • If users have questions while in the demo environment, who will respond to their questions and how do we want to receive them?
