As a developer I want to be able to create short lived branches for code that needs to be reviewed or otherwise experimented without effecting strings to Translate so that I can keep the master branch of higher code quality without bothering translators in Transifex.
AC:
Update each Jenkinsfile so that branches other than master don't push to Transifex.
