Merge requisitions endpoints

Description

Acceptance criteria

  • merge GET /requisitions with the search endpoint

    • there should be only GET /requisitions endpoint

    • the search endpoint should be removed and parameters moved to the above endpoint

    • the GET endpoint should return a page

    • update schema and endpoint description in the RAML

  • update other services

  • update UI
