Create short YouTube demo videos of 3.3

Description

As a openlmis.org website users, I want to easily find demo videos of the OpenLMIS key features so that I have an understanding of what OpenLMIS does.

Acceptance Criteria

  • update and improve english script

  • Dropbox Link

  • PATH: Dropbox > 1- OpenLMIS > Communication > Presentations > Demos > Demo Scripts > v3.3_Freeland

  • to review english script to evaluate if there will need to be translations to french/portuguese

  • to review YouTube demo uploads and provide feedback/revisions (if necessary).

Not in scope
Subsequent tickets will address the process of doing any needed translations.

No problem at all! I placed the videos in a playlist entitled "OpenLMIS v3.3 Demo Workflow" to begin gathering the videos in this series. I have also updated the ticket. Cheers!

, I started watching these this morning. They are looking good! I do wish the login modal didn’t take quite so long… . When you get a chance, you can upload them to YouTube. I think we'll want to put some context in the description of the videos or some how group them. I'm not sure what is possible in YouTube, but we should indicate that there are a variety of short videos that you can want and clearly state what aspect of the system they are showcasing. Thanks again!
