Add flows to Nifi registry and create "kick off" flow

Once the Nifi CLI creates the connection to the Nifi Registry, we need a flow, or number of flows, to "kick off" the connections to each service. This ticket focuses on gathering all of the dependent flows for the MVP into a single set of processes in the Nifi Registry. Once combined, we need to create processes that download those flows and start them to load in all of the information in Kafka, Superset and activate the data ingestion process.

This ticket is a catch all for a number of activities including:

• Load postgres schema for Superset

• Start the data ingestion process from OpenLMIS

• Create Kafka topics where needed

• Load flows from Nifi registry and start them

Acceptance criteria is to be determined.
