Add originalRequisition extended property to Requisition model

Description

So that when a requisition is split into other multiple requisitions, those requisitions have a link back the original one to support viewing a split or combine requisition.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Add the extraData map to the Requisition class with the originalRequisition property.

I checked this ticket and the extraData field appears in every requisition.

For now, you can only verify that the extraData field exists in each requisition resource by checking the response body. This field will be used when we will introduce the split feature into the requisition service.
