After submitting requisition the page displays at the bottom of the available periods list

Description

After submitting or deleting a requisition, the user is directed back to the Create/Authorize page. When the list of periods is long, they are directed to the bottom of the screen.

Suggested behavior:

  • shorten the list of available periods because as a user I don't need to see the entire list since I cannot take any actions on them

  • or when I am directed back to the Create/Authorize page, it returns to the top of the page
