Issues on Manage POD screen with users with only POD view right

Description

I noticed issues with screens concerning POD management screens when I was executing OLMIS-4338.

A user having only POD view right for EPI, with or without a supervisory node chosen, didn't see the "Supplying facility" option in the filter on the "Manage Proof of Delivery" screen. Also, in the details of a POD concerning an order with "Shipped" status, there were action buttons, and the fields were editable, even though the user didn't have the POD manage, only POD view right.

Thank you for checking whether it's really a bug or a faulty test case. Since it's the latter, I'll move the ticket to Dead.

I've checked this bug and for me it works fine. My user has only PoD View right for his home facility and PoD is not editable for him:

, also there is only his home facility in requesting facility filter:

. I think missing Supplying Facility filter is OK, because it suppose to show up only for user that have some shipment rights.

I think we should marks this ticket as Dead.
