Review and update old test cases

The ticket concerns reviewing old test cases and updating them / marking them as "Dead", depending on the test case.

Acceptance criteria:

• Browsing through all test cases in the system with the "To Do" status in order to identify duplicates and move them to "Dead";

• Identifying the test case(s) which will serve as a basis for the contract test concerning whole requisition workflow (from requisition to PoD);

• Updating all test cases concerning Administration and Stock-based requisitions that need updating;

• Changing the status of all valid test cases to "To Do" and the priority to "Minor".
