I just added a couple more tickets around incremental updates. 5461 would be best done by another team (it involves adding a parameter to the requisitions API), and 5462 is something we can do afterward.

I've prioritized these as Major instead of Critical as they don't block our primary deliverables for the 3.5 release. However, getting them done would be a significant improvement on performance until we are able to tackle streaming.
