Fix the malawi snapshot data

Description

The malawi snapshot we use for release and performance testing (and as a source to validate reporting) has gotten into an unusable state with 3.4.

This will slow down the next release if not addressed when testing performance data with MW data.

Error:

Using
and Ref Distro 3.4.
Requisition can't start with the following message:

Cause:

The snapshot was taken sometime in the 3.4 release cycle, resulting in the following migration being skipped: https://github.com/OpenLMIS/openlmis-requisition/blob/master/src/main/resources/db/migration/20180706200019454__add_additional_quantity_required_column.sql

Cure:

Need to either amend the snapshot to include this migration, and fix the migration meta-data table, or run these migrations against an earlier snapshot.

Yes, this was fixed and the mw perf data deployment uses newer snapshot now. @Josh Zamor feel free to close and/or verify

I believe snapshot for Malawi data is now fixed. @Sebastian Brudziński Could you confirm?

@Mary Jo Kochendorfer: yes we should fix this in 3.6 as every-time we test in a release cycle we'd need to keep fixing this anyhow. It's a small lift.

@Josh Zamor I don't believe this was fixed, as I don't see a newer perftest snapshot.

is the latest MW snapshot that we need to use? Or has this been fixed?
