To demonstrate the use of mCSD Location resources and how they can facilitate the federated master data management, there is need for some component to trigger a syncronization of master data from an Inter Linked Registry (ILR). One potential solution is to use an HIE mediator. This ticket is to create a mediator to demonstrate how ILR location resources can be pushed to OpenLMIS hapifhir Location resource.
This mediator should be a pass through mediator that accesses Location resources in a demo ILR and is able to push them to OpenLMIS hapifhir Location resource. Initially, the mediator should try to get all location resources in the ILR and push them to OpenLMIS. In subsequent runs, the Mediator should push only new locations and/or updated location only.
Acceptance Criteria:
A demo FHIR server is running with some sample data.
A mediator service is standing in the developers machine.
The use cases above are demonstrated using a mediator from developer machine.
A repository containing the code used is published.
