During regression tests, I noticed that there is no way to get to "Convert to Order" screen. This issue appears for every user with access to "Convert to Order".
Reproduction steps:
Log in as e.g. an administrator.
Go to Requisition > Convert to Order.
An error appears. Please take a look at the screenshot:
Expected result:
It should be possible to go to this screen.
