Add DigestSubscription entity

Description

The purpose of this ticket is to add a new entity and allow its persistence.

Acceptance criteria

  • Create "DigestSubscription" entity (class, db table, repository and REST API, it should also allow for batch save). It should have the following fields:

    • id - the UUID of the subscription

    • userContactDetails - the contact details of the user related to this subscription

    • digestConfiguration - the configuration the user is subscribed to

    • cronExpression - time at which the consolidated message should be sent
