View Approved Orders

Description

As a store room manager I want to be able to see all approved orders that I am responsible for filling so that I can perform fulfillment on them and keep those facilities adequately stocked.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. As the storeroom manager I can view all approved requisitions from facilities for which I am their warehouse, including their order status
2. Ability to filter by program and facility

We have possibility to filter by Program and facility.
