Fix performance tests for fulfillment service

Description

p90s for some tests were temporarily raised to fix performance tests. Moreover, some of the tests fail sometimes with errors. As a scope of this ticket, we should investigate why the endpoint works slower than previously or doesn’t work at all.

 

The p90 for the following tests were raised:

  • PrintOrderAsPdf - 80000 → 85000

  • PrintOrderAsPdf - 75000 → 80000

  • GetProofOfDeliveryWithNestedExpand - 10000 → 11000

 

Acceptance Criteria:

  • p90 raises are reverted

  • all tests are enabled

  • performance tests are passing
