p90s for some of the referencedata performance tests were temporarily raised to fix performance tests. Some other tests were disabled because of failures. As a scope of this ticket, we should investigate why the endpoint works slower than previously.
The p90 for the following tests were raised:
Get1000ApprovedFullSupplyProductsForHealthClinic - 1500 → 3000
Get1000ApprovedFullSupplyProductsForDistrictHospital - 1500 → 2000
Get9000ApprovedNonFullSupplyProductsForDistrictHospital - 2000 → 110000 - https://openlmis.atlassian.net/browse/OLMIS-6450
GetAllMinimalFacilities - 1000 → 1500
GetAllFacilities - 1500 → 2000
FindAllHealthCenterFacilities - 1500 → 2000
GetUserSupportedPrograms - 500 → 700
Acceptance Criteria:
p90 raise is reverted
disabled tests are restored
performance tests are passing
