Fix performance tests for referencedata service

Description

p90s for some of the referencedata performance tests were temporarily raised to fix performance tests. Some other tests were disabled because of failures. As a scope of this ticket, we should investigate why the endpoint works slower than previously.

 

The p90 for the following tests were raised:

  • Get1000ApprovedFullSupplyProductsForHealthClinic - 1500 → 3000

  • Get1000ApprovedFullSupplyProductsForDistrictHospital - 1500 → 2000

  • Get9000ApprovedNonFullSupplyProductsForDistrictHospital - 2000 → 110000 -

  • GetAllMinimalFacilities - 1000 → 1500

  • GetAllFacilities - 1500 → 2000

  • FindAllHealthCenterFacilities - 1500 → 2000

  • GetUserSupportedPrograms - 500 → 700

 

Acceptance Criteria:

  • p90 raise is reverted

  • disabled tests are restored

  • performance tests are passing
