Incorrect time and date in the CCE inventory item details modal

Description

When I was testing OLMIS-6473, I noticed that the timestamp in the CCE inventory item details modal is incorrect - it's the browser's time zone, and it's in an incorrect format - it's year/month/day, instead of day/month/year. The issue is visible after updating an existing CCE device or after the creation of a new one, and it occurs on both browsers. Please look at the screenshot.

Reproduction steps:

  1. Log into the application as e.g. divo1.

  2. Go to CCE > CCE Inventory.

  3. Search for the items.

  4. Make any update in any item / Create a new item.

  5. Click the "View" button next to the item.

  6. The timestamp is in the browser's time zone and in an incorrect format.

Expected results:

  • The timestamp should be in the server's time zone and in the day/month/year format.

I have fixed this issue. when you click on the “view” button from the CCE module item list, the item details modal is now showing the server date format ie day/month/year.
