Pagination bar disappears from the Users page

Description

I noticed that when I return from the "Edit User Roles" tab to the Users screen using the back arrows, the pagination disappears.

Reproduction steps:

  1. Log in as administrator.

  2. Go to Administration > Users.

  3. Click the "Roles" button.

  4. Go back to the Users page using the back arrow.

  5. The page has no pagination.

Expected results:

  • The Pagination shouldn't disappear.

NOTE: This issue doesn't appear when we use the "Cancel" button on the Edit User Roles screen.
